Hello, My name is Gil Schrock, owner of Hawkeye Construction and Design. Welcome to our Website

We have been licensed and operating in California since 1991, under license # B-631186.

My successful actions have been 4-fold and pretty simple:

1. Truly find out what is needed and wanted from the client.
2. Get all agreements in writing and spelled out
3. Be worthy of trust, by keeping one's word.
4. Delivering what's promised.

I've found over the years that if one just does these four points the job usually goes pretty well and because of these points one usually finds referrals coming in at a regular rate. The best promotion there is, is "word of mouth" and the above points will keep this line open and bringing in new and repeat business.

Violation of one or more of the above 4 points above would be the only reason a job would not run smoothly, so I don't take them lightly.
