I've found over the years that if one just does these four points the job usually goes pretty well and because of these points one usually finds referrals coming in at a regular rate.
The best promotion there is, is "word of mouth" and the above points will keep this line open and bringing in new and repeat business. Violation of one or more of the above 4 points would be the only reason a job would not run smoothly, so I don't take them lightly.
